我就读于浙江大学，在 2018 年 10 月左右申请了慕尼黑工业大学（Technische Universität München，TUM）的2019 年夏学期 TUM Exchange 项目，之后便是相应的准备工作，从在浙江大学和 TUM 的申请到留德人员审核（APS），最终在 2019 年 3 月 2 日最终收到签证，前前后后四个多月，特写此博客以记录。
